Bonfire


Above pic was taken outside our home a couple of nights ago.
If it's something Swedes are good at, its celebrating various holidays. And by celebrating, I mean having time off from work. If the Americans (and probably the rest of the world too for that matter) knew how many holidays (i.e. non-working days) Swedes have a year, they would be jealous for the rest of their lives. It rocks if you live in Sweden, though. :)
Tonight, it is time to celebrate the arrival of SPRING by standing around a huge bonfire. :) Wikipedia calls the holiday Walpurgis Night in English so, I wish all of you a Happy Walpurgis Night! :)

We would have pretty tulips too, if the stupid neighborhood bunnies would stop eating them! Grr.
If mom would only let me out of the fenced-in yard. I'd put them in their place.

Ahhhh yes, I am very jealous of all your holidays! :) Hope you had fun though...a bonfire sounds great.
